MC Nonflammable is a halogen and phosphorus-free plastic with a limited oxygen index of 40%, which grants it flame resistance and self-extinguishing capabilities, resulting in a UL94-V0 fire rating. Additionally, its low-density characteristic (1.17g/cm3) provides lightweight properties and structural advantages when compared to steel (7.85g/cm3). It complies with the European railway vehicle standard DIN EN45545-2:2013 and finds applications in industries such as railway vehicle construction, aerospace, shipbuilding, mining, and the electrical industry.
